The big waves have meant that we have had to be careful not to be swept away by the seventh wave when standing the edge of rocks next to the sea. A man was swept away at Petrel Cove on Friday afternoon— and was seen being washed into rocks and was trapped. Those who tried to rescue him got into difficulties themselves and had to be rescued. A massive sea, land, and air search was undertaken to find the body.
