revisiting Kings Head

The other safe coastal area for me and the two poodles is walking amongst the rocks between Petrel Cove and Kings Beach. Most people walk along the Heritage Trail on the cliff top, and this allows us to meander within the littoral zone whilst I look for possible abstractions.

It is a safe area because it is both bounded by the sea and the cliffs and, whilst I am meandering photographically, I am able to keep an eye out for the people and dogs walking along the Heritage Trail.

My photographic meanderings are with a macro eye to photograph simplicity, the ephemeral and imperfection or flawed beauty. The Japanese aesthetic concept for this is wabi-sabi.
