a walk but no photography

Kings Head: rock forms:

I thought that we might have been protected from the wind by the rocks, but the wind howled into the inlet. With a very high tide there was water everywhere. The waves were crashing over the rocks. It was impossible to photograph.

Still Ari showed more energy and interest in the world around him this morning, and that was the main purpose of the walk. It was the first time that he’d shown any real interest in being-in-the-world— he led the way for some of the sections on the walk.

We went back this afternoon. The wind had eased but the tide was still too high and the waves were submerging the rocks. I managed to get a couple of abstracts of sea of foam before the rain squalls rolled in.
