The Sony plus Leica lens (which I already owned) was an inexpensive way for me to acquire a proper digital camera, even though it is not full frame one. It was my way of coping with the constant improvements in digital camera technology— investing in good lenses and updating the camera bodies every three-to four years. That means I’m stuck with those cameras that can accept Leica M mount lenses.
This camera system represents my shift into digital technology in that I’ve accepted that digital pictures are good enough to stand on their own. So I able to continue to work on the digital scrapbook.
