along the Moonee Ponds Creek

The Moonee Ponds Creek is one of the most abused tributaries of the Yarra River, and part of the underside of Melbourne. The creek follows the Tullamarine freeway and joins the Yarra underneath the massive architecture of the Henry Bolte Bridge.

The Sunshine leg, which involved Stuart working on his exploration of wheat silos within suburban settings with his Linhof 5×4, was undertaken around 7-8.30pm. Then a quick bite to eat, and a quick dash to Southern Cross Railway station so that I could get the Frankston train.

It was around 11pm when I arrived at Frankston and the last bus to Safety Beach was at 9.30 pm. The logistics don’t add up.
